Shipping Policy

1. General Information

Every front is made to measure. We ship as an insured pallet delivery, ensuring safe transport of our products.

2. Lead Time

  • Production: about 7 weeks from payment confirmation and final order approval. This does not include delivery time.
  • Courier delivery: usually up to 48 hours within Poland and 3-7 business days within the EU after dispatch.

Production starts only after payment - nothing comes from stock, every front is made to your dimensions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping on a pallet, the price depends on the pallet size:

  • Poland: €51 (pallet up to 120 cm) or €90 (large pallet, over 120 cm)
  • Abroad (EU): €80 (pallet up to 120 cm) or €140 (large pallet, over 120 cm)

We send front samples at no additional charge.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the address provided, without carrying inside, to the nearest spot by the entrance door accessible to the delivery vehicle and allowing safe unloading. The parcel can be heavy, so please arrange help with carrying it in. If the scheduled delivery cannot be completed for reasons on your side, a re-delivery fee may apply.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

6. Damage and Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately: kontakt@ogony.pl or +48 780 778 615. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. International Shipping

We ship exclusively within the European Union - the current list of delivery countries is available on the Delivery and lead time page.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Made-to-measure fronts are custom-made products and are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or not as ordered. Standard products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, in undamaged condition and original packaging.
