Custom fronts for IKEA PAX wardrobes
We make doors and fronts for IKEA PAX wardrobes to your measurements: lacquered in the colour you choose, veneered or in plywood. For people whose PAX carcases are still sound and who want to change how the wardrobe looks without replacing the whole unit. A 60x80 cm front in the Flat style costs 89 € (345 zł) and production takes 7 weeks. You unscrew the old doors and screw ours on.
PAX door sizes and what fits
PAX is the current IKEA wardrobe system. You recognise the carcases by their dimensions: 201 or 236 cm high, 35 or 58 cm deep, with module widths usually 25, 50, 75 and 100 cm. Fronts and carcases are sold separately, so the doors can be swapped at any time.

Original doors from the FORSAND, TYSSEDAL, GRIMO, BERGSBO and VIKANES ranges are replaced one for one. Our fronts are hinged doors, not sliding ones like HASVIK.
Hinges and fitting
Hinged PAX doors are mounted on KOMPLEMENT hinges. We drill the Ø35 mm hinge cups to the PAX standard, so fitting comes down to unscrewing the old doors and screwing on the new ones, with no changes to the carcase. Our front is 18 mm thick. You state the hinge side (left or right) in the order.
Materials and colours
Lacquered fronts are sprayed in colours from the RAL (216 shades), NCS (2050), Farrow & Ball (132) and ICA (158) palettes, matt or gloss for a 15% surcharge. Lacquering on both sides costs 350 zł per m². Natural veneers include oak, smoked oak, walnut and the Silver and Muskato burls; the grain is different on every front. Birch and pine plywood form a separate group. A colour on screen looks different from a colour on your wall, so order a front sample for 23 € (89 zł) first.
How to order
Enter the sizes, style and colour in the configurator and you see the price straight away. We confirm the measurements by email before production, then you wait 7 weeks. We ship to 17 European Union countries. Pallet delivery costs 80 € within the EU, or 140 € for fronts over 120 cm (200 zł and 350 zł in Poland). Do you also have a kitchen from before 2014? How much do PAX fronts cost?
Price depends on material, pattern, and dimensions. Use the configurator - enter dimensions and material, get the price right away. No hidden costs, no surprises.
Will the fronts fit PAX cabinets for sure?
Yes. Our fronts are designed specifically for IKEA systems. Hinge drillings for 35 mm hinges follow PAX standards - unscrew the old, screw on ours. If in doubt, send a photo of the cabinet and we'll verify together.
How do I measure fronts for PAX?
Easiest way: measure existing fronts with a tape measure. If you have PAX cabinets, our configurator knows the standard dimensions - just pick the model. You can also send photos and we'll help determine the dimensions.
How long does it take for PAX fronts?
7 weeks from payment confirmation. We make each front to your dimensions - it's not a stock item. Order with a buffer before installation.
I'm afraid to order fronts online. What if they don't fit?
Order a sample - you'll see the material and color in person, in your own light. Before production we confirm dimensions via email. If a front is defective or doesn't match the order - we repair, replace, or refund.
Can I see the color in person before ordering?
Yes. We send front samples - you'll check material and color against your wall, in your light. Screen colors can lie, samples don't. The sample cost is deducted from the production order with code SAMPLE (orders over PLN 1000, ~ €250).
Do fronts fit every size of PAX wardrobe?
Yes. We make custom fronts for any PAX configuration - widths of 50 and 75 cm, any height. The configurator knows PAX dimensions, so you don't have to calculate yourself.
Can I replace fronts in PAX without dismantling the wardrobe?
Yes. Unscrew the old doors from the hinges, attach ours. The wardrobe stays in place, you don't move the cabinet. The whole swap usually takes 15-20 minutes per door.
Do you also make side panels, fillers, and trims for PAX?
Yes. We make anything that can be made from a front - side panels, fillers, trims, plinths, dishwasher panels. Any size and purpose. Send dimensions, we'll quote the whole project.
Do the doors fit both left and right?
Doors with a symmetrical pattern do - you choose the side during installation. For asymmetrical patterns (e.g. a milled handle), specify the hinge side in your order.
